What does a RICS surveyor do?
A surveyor is like a house doctor, they will arrange an appointment to visit your home. The five main things that a surveyor will be looking for are any issues with the utilities, dampness, visible cracks, problems with the roof, and any other hidden issues inside and outside.

We get it. There are many things out of your control during the property process. If you have a survey booked, and the property falls through for whatever reason, you’re entitled to a full refund (subject to T&Cs)
Survey costs depend on the size of your home and the type of survey you get, with prices starting from £249. To find out more, please get in touch for an initial discussion.
That’s perfectly fine. If you’re experiencing delays in your property process, we can simply put your slot on hold until you’re ready to go ahead again. You don’t have to pay any extra!
